Deanna Garroutte, Staff Writer

Deanna Alta Mae Garroutte is now in ninth grade. This is her first year writing for The Wildcat. Garroutte has always attended the Warsaw school district and has one older brother. Her favorite hobbies include coin collecting, reading, and decorating her room with everything that is hippopotamus. Her one and only true love is her big red dog Buster. Deanna's favorite quote is: "The sky is everywhere, it starts at your feet." Last but not least, her future plans are to be academically successful and make a career in law.

The Echoes royalty shine at the coronation of the Echoes Ball. The court included 2015 Echoes King Luke Spry, Cash Davis, junior princess Bailey Sharp, prince Noah Long, senior queen Alexis Riga, King Carter Phillips, 2015 queen Melissa Pierce, and Kyliegh Connell  on stage as Echoes royalty. “I feel super honored; it was a blessing,” Phillips said.
