Students share their experience at echoes

The Echoes royalty shine at the coronation of the Echoes Ball. The court included 2015 Echoes King Luke Spry, Cash Davis, junior princess Bailey Sharp, prince Noah Long, senior queen Alexis Riga, King Carter Phillips, 2015 queen Melissa Pierce, and Kyliegh Connell on stage as Echoes royalty. “I feel super honored; it was a blessing,” Phillips said.

Students intentionally came to school on a Saturday, March 12 to have a good time. The Echoes ball was held from 8 to 11p.m , in the school cafeteria to raise money for Yearbook. The theme this year was “The Time of our Lives.” The theme was chosen because it went really well with the 2016  yearbook theme. The decor was clocks, Roman numerals in the color of rose gold, and there were different colored balloons everywhere.

”I think echoes was a success! It turned out a lot better than I thought it would. The theme turned out amazing and the decorations were spot on. In my opinion, everyone had the time of their lives,” yearbook editor Marissa Brown said.
