Makenna Frock, Staff Writer
Freshman Makenna Frock was encouraged by her eighth grade English teacher to join the journalism staff. Although Frock does not have much experience in writing newspaper articles, her goal is to improve her writing this year. Writing is often one of her passions, but this is her first time to be a published writer. Frock is willing to write about a variety of topics.
She loves art and sports, and she ran track in middle school. In her free time, Frock wants to study and work more with art. She hopes to take more art classes perhaps even become an art teacher.
