Wyett Hilburn is the son of Brenda and Jason Hilburn. Throughout high school he was involved in FFA and working. His future plans are to eventually run his own mechanic business. His best memory was going to the FFA National Convention. Teachers he’d like to thank is, “Mrs. Long and Mrs. Austin, they have always helped when I needed it and taught me to keep on trying even when I wanna quit.” His biggest achievement from high school was passing all his classes. If he goes to his ten year reunion he hopes to have accomplished having his own place and his dream job. What he’ll miss is FFA and doing all the events with his friends. If he could change something from freshman year he would’ve changed the attitude he had and would’ve gotten involved more. His advice to a younger student is, “Just have to keep on trying even when it gets hard and you want to stop.”

About the Contributor
Abbey Wilson, News Photography Editor
Senior Abbey Wilson is on her third year with the Wildcat news production. This year as a photography editor, she will be checking everyone’s stories to make sure they have their photos and captions as well as making sure photo assignments are set. She decided to stay on staff again because with it being her senior year, she wanted to keep going with writing and photography because she’s passionate about it. In her free time Wilson enjoys running, spending time with her family, traveling, working, watching “Gilmore Girls” and listening to music. What she loves the most is working towards her goals for the future and being a big sister to her four siblings. After high school, Wilson hopes to go to State fair Community College or Missouri State University to major in social work and minor in journalism.
