Jovi Robertson is the daughter of Janet and Rob Robertson. Throughout high school she was involved in Cheer, Track, Madrigal, Women’s Choir, A+, FCA, FFA, FBLA, STUCO, WAG Youth, WAG preschool teacher, Fine Arts, Girls State and working at The Fix. Robertson plans to attend Evangel University where she will major in Biblical Studies to pursue missions. What she’s looking forward to the most next year is, “Meeting new people and getting the opportunity to cheer for Evangel, as well as getting to dorm with my best friend Natalie.” If she goes to her ten year reunion she hopes to have accomplished, “Completed college and began my work on the Missions field, hopefully with the start of my family by my side.” A teacher she’d like to thank would be, “I want to thank Mrs. Schockman because she has consistently shown her love for us and for music while still holding us to a standard to be better people.” Her biggest achievement in high school was from her junior year when she made All American Cheer. Her favorite memory from high school was, “All of the time I got to spend with my best friends, as well as my week at Missouri Girls State!” What Robertson will miss the most is, “I will miss my sports and activities and all the friends I’ve made on the way.” To celebrate the end of this era in her life she plans to travel with friends and family. If she could go back to freshman year she would change her attitude. Her advice to a younger student is, “I would say just have fun. Do good in class so you can enjoy life outside of it.”

About the Contributor
Abbey Wilson, News Photography Editor
Senior Abbey Wilson is on her third year with the Wildcat news production. This year as a photography editor, she will be checking everyone’s stories to make sure they have their photos and captions as well as making sure photo assignments are set. She decided to stay on staff again because with it being her senior year, she wanted to keep going with writing and photography because she’s passionate about it. In her free time Wilson enjoys running, spending time with her family, traveling, working, watching “Gilmore Girls” and listening to music. What she loves the most is working towards her goals for the future and being a big sister to her four siblings. After high school, Wilson hopes to go to State fair Community College or Missouri State University to major in social work and minor in journalism.
