Amy Terry is the daughter of Virgil and Raquel Terry. Throughout high school she was involved in FCCLA, FBLA, Prom committee, NHS, and working as a cook at Pizza Hut. She plans to attend the Culinary Institution of America in San Antonio, Texas to work in the food industry. What she’s looking forward to the most next year is going to college. A teacher she’d like to thank would be, “Mrs. Pate. The reason why is that she has taught me many of the skills I know and can use for the college and degree I want to go for.” Her biggest achievement in high school was doing an FCCLA star event for the first time and getting Silver. Her favorite memory from high school was going to the FCCLA fall leadership conferences. If she could go back to freshman year she wouldn’t change anything as it led her to where she is now. To celebrate the end of this era in her life she plans to relax and just have fun. Her advice to a younger student is, “Don’t push yourself too much for classes and for clubs.”

About the Contributor
Abbey Wilson, News Photography Editor
Senior Abbey Wilson is on her third year with the Wildcat news production. This year as a photography editor, she will be checking everyone’s stories to make sure they have their photos and captions as well as making sure photo assignments are set. She decided to stay on staff again because with it being her senior year, she wanted to keep going with writing and photography because she’s passionate about it. In her free time Wilson enjoys running, spending time with her family, traveling, working, watching “Gilmore Girls” and listening to music. What she loves the most is working towards her goals for the future and being a big sister to her four siblings. After high school, Wilson hopes to go to State fair Community College or Missouri State University to major in social work and minor in journalism.
