Jase Hubert is the son of Erin and Matt Hubert. Throughout high school, he was involved in football and baseball. He plans to attend State Fair Community College and start some kind of small business. What he’s looking forward to the most next year is meeting new people in college. If he goes to his ten year reunion he hopes to have accomplished being married and having started his own business. His biggest achievement in high school was, “Making it to graduation and not giving up on myself.” A coach he’d like to thank that taught him something is, “Coach Boyer because he has taught me to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations.” His best memory from high school was, “Either playing baseball with the guys and Coach Eierman or playing football with everybody I grew up with.” What he’ll miss the most about high school is that, “Everybody I saw everyday for four years will more than likely become a memory for the majority of the remainder of my life.” If he could change something from freshman year he stated, “Never take anything for granted. Everything you do should have a purpose.” To celebrate the end of this era in his life he’ll be going to the Bahamas and look back at all the great times he had in high school. His advice to a younger student is, “Always try your hardest because you never know when your last play will be, tomorrow is never promised.”

About the Contributor
Abbey Wilson, News Photography Editor
Senior Abbey Wilson is on her third year with the Wildcat news production. This year as a photography editor, she will be checking everyone’s stories to make sure they have their photos and captions as well as making sure photo assignments are set. She decided to stay on staff again because with it being her senior year, she wanted to keep going with writing and photography because she’s passionate about it. In her free time Wilson enjoys running, spending time with her family, traveling, working, watching “Gilmore Girls” and listening to music. What she loves the most is working towards her goals for the future and being a big sister to her four siblings. After high school, Wilson hopes to go to State fair Community College or Missouri State University to major in social work and minor in journalism.
