Ivy Kelsey is the daughter of Adam and Anna Kelsey. Throughout high school she was involved in attending the Church of Living Water, cheer-leading her freshman and sophomore year, track her sophomore year and managing her junior year, and choir all through high school. She plans to attend Northwest Missouri State University to go into special education. What she is looking forward to the most next year is making new friends and meeting new people. If she goes to her ten year reunion she hopes to have accomplished being a special education teacher and have at least two kids. A teacher she’d like to thank would be, “Mrs. Griffin, she showed me that I can go into further education and showed me how fun being a teacher could be.” Her biggest achievement in high school was getting through the classes and making tons of memories/friends. Her favorite memory from high school was, “Going to prom with my older sister Josephine Kelsey, she made sure we both had so much fun and I loved being able to go to one last dance with her in her senior year.” What Kelsey will miss the most about high school is being able to see her best friend everyday. To celebrate the end of this era in her life she will live life to her fullest potential. If she could go back to freshman year she stated, “I don’t think I would change anything, what happened in the past has made me who I am today so I wouldn’t change anything.” Her advice to a younger student is, “Make sure you keep up on your work and don’t change yourself for anyone, just be yourself.”

Senior Abbey Wilson is on her third year with the Wildcat news production. This year as a photography editor, she will be checking everyone’s stories to make sure they have their photos and captions as well as making sure photo assignments are set. She decided to stay on staff again because with it being her senior year, she wanted to keep going with writing and photography because she’s passionate about it. In her free time Wilson enjoys running, spending time with her family, traveling, working, watching “Gilmore Girls” and listening to music. What she loves the most is working towards her goals for the future and being a big sister to her four siblings.
