Daytona Kinnan is the daughter of Sharon Kinnan. Throughout high school she was involved in Archery, and FFA through all of high school, track Freshman-Junior, Cheer Freshman-Sophomore year and working as a Life guard in the summers. Her future plans are to stay here for now and she is currently training to be a 911 dispatcher/call operator. What she’s looking forward to the most next year is having a full time job and some freedom. Her biggest achievement in high school was, “Starting my career while still in high school, or the fact I passed government with an A.” If she goes to her ten year reunion she hopes to have accomplished, “Making moneyyyy.” Her best memory from high school would be all the little moments with friends and teachers that even made it possible to not pick just one, and the fact that she has stories to last a lifetime. What she’ll miss the most from high school is being able to see and talk to her friends whenever. A teacher she’d like to thank would be, “Mr. Dunnaway, for being the best track coach, and teacher, he taught me some of his saving techniques that I probably won’t use.” To celebrate the end of this era in her life, “I’ll be celebrating with family and friends, playing shuffleboard, and other games, then taking the longest nap known to man.” Advice she’d give to a younger student is, “Put the effort in even if you don’t want to. Your grades freshman year set you up for the rest of high school, and never be afraid to ask a teacher, or peer for help.”
