Maylee Slavens, Staff Writer
Junior Maylee Slavens is coming back for her third year as a journalist on the WHS news staff. As Slavens enters her third year, she plans to learn more and improve herself as a journalist. Slavens is involved in volleyball, basketball, softball, pep club, student council, and FBLA. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends, family, and doing travel sports. After high school, Slavens plans to attend college to get a bachelor’s degree and then attend a program for physical therapy. Slavens is so excited to work with her journalism family to learn new things and have a great year.

Ryan Fajen, Staff Writer
This is Junior Ryan Fajen’s second year on the journalism staff. Fajen is involved in football, basketball, baseball, and Pep Club. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, hanging out with the boys, and being involved in his church youth group. After high school he hopes to go to college to study real estate and play baseball. After college, he plans to invest his time into getting his real estate license, fish and hunt. This year, Fajen hopes to continue to improve his writing abilities and have a great time on staff.

Adison Sherrill, Contributor
Adison Sherrill is a junior at Warsaw High School. This is Adison’s first year taking advanced journalism and is so excited to be a part of it. Her hobbies include softball, volleyball and hanging out with friends and family. Adison’s main interest in this class is to be more involved in her schools activities outside of sports. She also loves taking pictures for the yearbook. After high school, she plans on attending State Fair Community College to pursue dental hygiene.
