Athlete Spotlight: Junior Haylee Cobb

Junior Haylee Cobb plays shortstop for the softball team. She has played softball for nine years. Cobb started playing because there was a local league started when she was little and she has played ever since. Her biggest achievement is improving her leadership on the team. Her favorite memory is the team having a good time during the Arkansas tournament. Cobb hopes to make it to state this year. She is looking to improve on her timing whenever it’s her turn at the plate.

Heather Terry is in her third year of Warsaw High School newspaper. She is involved in FBLA and FCCLA. In Terry’s first two years she was a staff writer and this year, was promoted to photography editor. Her goals this year is to make sure every school event is covered and to make sure the photos have everyone in the school. In her free time she is always doing something with her sisters. After high school she plans to go to college.

Garrett Ferguson, Contributor

Garrett Ferguson is a sophomore at Warsaw High School. This is Ferguson’s first time in journalism. He joined the class to take pictures of everyone's experience throughout high school, as well as to learn to be good at photography. He would like to be involved in taking pictures about sports and writing. His hobbies include playing sports like basketball, baseball, and football. Hunting, fishing, and hanging with friends is also a must. After high school he would like to go to college to play sports.
