Freshman Izabella Schierholz

Freshman Izabella Schierholz wrestles in the 105 weight class. The season is her first official year of wrestling. She got into wrestling because of Coach Griffin and Longworth telling her to try wrestling again. Schierholz’s biggest achievement is getting 4th place, because she worked hard for it. Her favorite memories are anytime they have an only girls tournament, she loves spending time with them, she gets so many laughing attacks when she is with them and she learns so much. Schierholz’s hopes for this season are not to give up. She is looking to improve on her shots, and being closer to being on weight. Everyone would like to win more but she would like to improve and get better.
