Madrigal chamber choir takes first at World Strides contest in Nashville

Madrigal accepts the first place award for the World Strides contest. Madrigal Chamber Choir traveled to Nashville last week to compete in the World Strides choir competition and to see the sights at the country music capital of the world. The group chartered a bus and left from the school on Thursday morning. Some of the attractions they saw included the Grand Ole Opry, Belle Meade Mansion, The Country Music Hall of Fame, a General Jackson Showboat Cruise, and the Wild Horse Saloon for their awards dinner and dance.
