The 2025 Homecoming week featured students participating in “Movie Marathon” themed activities as classes faced off for the title of “Most Spirited.”
The week kicked off with a parade on Monday, Sept. 22. Class floats featured movies such as “Happy Gilmore” (seniors), “Tangled” (juniors) “Toy Story” (sophomores) and “Smurfs” (freshmen). The sophomore class won top class float.
Students also participated in spirit days throughout the week. The winners for “Parent Trap” Twin Day were senior Sadie Chapman and freshman Savannah Chapman and junior Connor Callister and friends. The winners of “Moana” Hawaiian Day were Sophomores Piper Whipkins and Lincoln Vaughn. Junior Aleanah Yoder and freshman Denver Steinhoff won the “Back to the Future” ‘80’s Day. Color War winners were seniors Jessie Bilderback and JC Minks.
Friday’s assembly featured games with classmates competing against each other in cup stacking and tug-of-war.
The sophomore class took home the “Overall Spirit” Award for the week.
Homecoming events culminated in the announcing of royalty winners: King Josh Harvath and Queen Hailey Ferguson, and Prince Levi Bilderback and Princess Sarah Miller.
