Juniors Brendon Caylor and Sara Miller are Homecoming candidates for this year’s princess and prince.
Caylor is involved in student council, pep club, prom committee, basketball, and track. His future plans are to go to CTC next year for nursing and eventually become an RN. His hobbies are basketball, fishing, and hanging out with his friends. The accomplishment he’s most proud of is working and paying for his car on his own and being independent and finishing his sophomore year with good grades. Caylor is grateful that he got picked as a candidate. He likes how everyone gets so involved in homecoming and shows their school spirit.
Sara Miller is involved in volleyball, basketball, softball, prom committee, and pep club. She’s happy that she got nominated, because she’s excited to have a chance to run for princess. Her future plans are to go to college and get an art degree. She enjoys arts and sports. She’s most proud of winning her art competitions, academic all state, top 15 in her class, state champion for softball, all-conference, and 2nd team all-district. Her favorite thing about Homecoming is participating in spirit week, being in the parade, and cheering on our football team.
