Logan Gemes is the son of Scott and Julie Gemes. He was involved in football, basketball, baseball, track, FBLA, FCA, and NHS. He plans to attend Missouri Valley College. A teacher he would like to thank is Mrs. Spunaugle. “I want to thank her for helping me get through all of my math classes, taking the time to help me truly understand how to do each problem, and being nice to everyone that she is around. If someone is upset with Mrs. Spunaugle, then they have a problem, not her,” Gemes said. When he goes to his 10-year reunion he will hopefully be married and have a good job in the investing world. His biggest achievement is getting All-State kicker after only playing football for three years. His favorite memory is winning the district championship in basketball his senior year. His advice to a younger student is: “I would tell them to not be afraid to be different. Do not let what others think of you define who you should be as a person.” He will be celebrating the end of this era by going to Mexico for a week.
