“I enjoy getting to know students and helping them succeed in something they have never attempted before,” Advisor Bethany Siegel said.
“I joined FBLA because I thought it would give me a good opportunity to experience something new in high school and open up a window for me to potentially gain scholarship money to further my education and pursue my academic and athletic performance at Missouri Valley College” senior Dakota Todd said.
“FBLA helps you succeed with public speaking and social skills.” sophomore Karly Keele said.
“ I love FBLA because it prepares me for life beyond high school. I enjoy getting to know new people and learning about multiple different opportunities.” Senior Keira Mostaffa said.
Depending on how they place at state they could have an opportunity to go to nationals for FBLA. Last year,
Maya Daughenbaugh placed third in state to qualify for nationals in public speaking. She was the first from WHS to attend the national FBLA contest.
