Junior Kaleby Stevenson

Junior Kaleby Stevenson plays setter on the volleyball team. She has been playing since third grade. She loves everything about the team

“I love this team because everyone brings each other back up and just gets along. This team just is different from the years before. All the girls just have an important part on the team and no one is less than the other,” Stevenson said.

Her favorite memory is going to Nebraska and getting to meet the volleyball team. She is looking forward to improve her setting, her defense, and communicating as well. Last season she had 167 assists and 169 digs.

Senior Heather Terry is in her fourth year on the news staff. This year is her second year being an editor and was promoted to the profile editor. She is also involved in FBLA, FCCLA, student council and pep club. This year, she plans to write and edit more profiles about the student body. Her goal is to make sure every school event is covered and to make sure the photos have everyone in the school. She plans to attend college for either journalism or athletic training. She also plans to join the military.

Bailey Burnworth, Staff Writer

Sophomore Bailey Burnworth is a second-year journalism student. She is looking forward to getting to know new people and writing challenging stories for the newspaper. Burnworth is involved in managing volleyball, FFA, and Pep Club this school year. In her free time she likes to go outside, spend time with family and friends, and travel. After high school, Burnworth plans to attend a college and study to be a radiologist. She is excited to learn more and have another fun year writing for The Wildcat.
