Senior Madison Lawrence is the co-Captain on the Emerald Stars Dance Team. She joined the team because she wanted something new to try. She enjoys Pom dance and her favorite this season is “Gets Me Bodied.”
Lawrence said she enjoys the closeness of the team.
“We are all very supportive of each other,” she said.
Her favorite memory is spending hours with the mini stars teaching them a routine and then seeing how well they did while performing. She is looking to improve the sharpness of the team’s movements. Her biggest achievement is becoming co-captain and gaining more confidence
