Sophomore Tanna Howe plays point guard and shooting guard on the girls basketball team. She has been playing for nine years. Howe got started with this sport because as a little kid, she was always eager to go and move. Basketball is a fast paced game so that’s what mostly brought her to it. Her biggest achievement is having a good freshman season. She led in every statistic other than one. Howe’s favorite memory is probably whenever Hailey Ferguson got a black eye or when Coach Henderson tripped and they couldn’t stop laughing. Her hopes for this season are for the team to improve their record and just have fun with each other. Howe is looking to improve her approach to driving into the basketball and having more assists.
