Sophomore D’Angelo Ramirez

Sophomore D’Angelo Ramirez wrestles in the 150 weight class. He has wrestled for four years. Ramirez started wrestling because one of his friends talked him into wrestling his 7th grade year and he has just done it ever since. His biggest achievement is having a better mindset.  Ramirez’s favorite memory is having Hudson Karr’s brother come talk to them last season. He looks forward to improving on creating better angles for his take downs. Ramirez hopes to be able to make it to state.

Heather Terry, Profiles Managing Editor
Senior Heather Terry is in her fourth year on the news staff. This year is her second year being an editor and was promoted to the profile editor. She is also involved in FBLA, FCCLA, student council and pep club. This year, she plans to write and edit more profiles about the student body. Her goal is to make sure every school event is covered and to make sure the photos have everyone in the school. She plans to attend college for either journalism or athletic training. She also plans to join the military.

Aubree Smith, Social Media Managing Editor
Junior Aubree Smith has been a part of the newspaper staff for three years and is also on the yearbook staff. Smith has taken the title as the social media editor this year as she maintains the Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts. Smith puts all her focus on gameday posts, or any school-related posts. Outside of newspaper, Smith plays basketball and is the pep club leader. Smith hopes to improve the newspaper staff this year and help many other staff member improve themselves.
