Senior Spotlight ’24: Rachel Henderson

Rachel Henderson

Rachel Henderson is the daughter of Michael Henderson and Amber Glenn. She was active in student council, basketball, volleyball, FBLA, prom committee, pep club, and journalism. She plans to attend State Fair Community College for the Surgical Technology program. Her favorite memory is her senior year Homecoming week. She will miss the friends and bonds she have made over the years. Her advice to a younger student is, “don’t wish away your time! High school really does fly by and before you know it you will be a few weeks away from walking that stage. Slow down and enjoy it!”

Senior Heather Terry is in her fourth year on the news staff. This year is her second year being an editor and was promoted to the profile editor. She is also involved in FBLA, FCCLA, student council and pep club. This year, she plans to write and edit more profiles about the student body. Her goal is to make sure every school event is covered and to make sure the photos have everyone in the school. She plans to attend college for either journalism or athletic training. She also plans to join the military.
