Athlete Spotlight: Freshman Izabella Schierholz

Freshman Izabella Schierholz

Freshman Izabella Schierholz does long jump, and runs the 200, 100, 4×1, 4×2. Schierholz has done track for two years. She started track because she likes to run. Her biggest achievement is placing second in her events. Her favorite memory is everything from last season. Schierholz hopes to have a better PR by the end of the year, and to beat Angela, even though she won’t be here next year. She is looking to improve on her form in her long jump and sprints.

Senior Heather Terry is in her fourth year on the news staff. This year is her second year being an editor and was promoted to the profile editor. She is also involved in FBLA, FCCLA, student council and pep club. This year, she plans to write and edit more profiles about the student body. Her goal is to make sure every school event is covered and to make sure the photos have everyone in the school. She plans to attend college for either journalism or athletic training. She also plans to join the military.
