Sarah Gilbert is the daughter of Carey and Tom Gilbert. She is active in FBLA, FCCLA, NHS, math club, softball, A+ tutoring, cheer and journalism. She plans to attend the Academy of Salon Professionals. Her favorite memory is hanging out with her friends during their math comps. She will miss being a senior and knowing all of the teachers since freshman year. Her advice to a younger student is, “life is too short to try to fit in and become someone else. You probably hear it a lot but just be yourself; if they can’t accept you as you are then they don’t deserve you. Also, find something you love to do, then you’ll never work a day in your life, also it’s a lot less stress if you like your job.”
